Kline House Lifting, lifts houses whose bases have been eroded by sand, or whose floors creak, have an uneven settlement, or basic deterioration. The company will excavate the area and pour a new foundation with their own concrete forms. They place steel beams beneath the house, and lift the house to fix the area. They will also add new floor joists and beams and do the carpentry work. Adding a full basement is also an option to expand the usable area in you home or office.
We can also move your home or building from town to town, or just to a different place on your lot. Kline Houselifting is a family owned and operated business that was established in 1966 by Ken Kline I.
Located in Harwich, Massachusetts we service Cape Cod, the Islands, and beyond. We have a reputation of excellence in the work that we do. Our fully trained crew is solely dedicated to the lifting and/or moving of structures. Jamie P Kline, son of Ken Kline is now the owner and operator. Jamie has worked along side his dad since he was a teenager and is fully aware of all the inter working of his company. Our experience and track record will ensure that your house, building or historic structure will be raised or transferred/moved damage free to your new location/property. We are continually upgrading our house moving skills and equipment to stay on top of the technology changes in our industry.
